I have a quick update for all of you today!

🔨Production and Planning!🔨
We are, unfortunately, still somewhat stuck at the pre-production stage of the campaign due to lots of logistics planning. Although the files for printing the book and all the awesome things that come with it are all ready, we are still looking at how we can best ship the rewards out to all of you.
The main reason behind that is the fact that we are producing much smaller numbers than what we produced during our previous campaign and because of that, we are trying to figure out the best way to deliver things to you safely without also breaking the bank for us.
Shipping costs have remained more or less the same (slightly increased in some cases) and even if anything changes, we would be eating that cost, so you do not have to worry about that.
Right now, we are looking at the following kind of timeline:
End of September: PreProduction Copy Proofing
End of October: Start Mass Production
December or so: Ship out everything
January to February: Fulfillment sorting and fulfillment begins
The above timeline is of course an estimate and it could be a bit faster but it could also be a bit slower. Our main goal is to finish as soon as possible and as effectively as possible (no lost pledges or anything of the like because our primary goal is always providing a product of great quality and the fulfillment of it is part of the offering.)
We are very serious about finishing this project as soon as we possibly can because we have a Zine project and also another Grand Tale (Sirensong) launching in 2025 so it is of paramount importance to us that all our previous crowdfunding projects are fulfilled before that. The Zine will be Print-On-Demand but we nonetheless would prefer to be properly all good and done with everything if possible at least before the Sirensong live campaign launches.
The campaign project is planned to go live in Spring of 2025 but until then, we will be previewing and showcasing a lot of the book's contents to hype all of you for what is to come!
Not only that but there will be tons of awesome free adventures and other awesome things building up to the launch of the project.

✧Digital PDF Update + Future Projects!✧

📕Digital PDF!📕
Some of you asked when you would be receiving the "FINAL" PDF and our answer is finally here: 1st week of July!
We have actually updated a few different things in the PDF since the last time we shared it with you all here on Kickstarter. It was mostly minor things such as typos and some other things that we missed during the first editing pass of the book.
We also made it look a bit prettier with a lot more artwork in various places, making it a much nicer experience to browse through.

💻FVTT Module - In the Works!💻
The Foundry VTT module for Soulfrost Reliquary is actively being worked on and the conversion for it should be done before the end of July!
I will most definitely post another update about this sometime mid-July.

📰Physical Stuff?!📰
In regards to the physical stuff, we are, unfortunately, still waiting for the pre-production copy to arrive at our doorstep. Our printing partner was busy with the Origins game fair over the last week and that introduced a tiny extra delay to the whole process.
Nonetheless, as soon as we have things in our hands, we will show everything to you and then immediately get to mass producing all the goods so that we can send them out to you.
We really hope to get production for Soulfrost Reliquary fully finished well before October so that we can get rolling with fulfillment right after and be done before the end of 2024! So far, everything has been more or less on a good timeline, so we are quite happy with everything.
We wish we could deliver the books to all of you already by August, but despite the fact that we are constantly trying to make things move faster and more efficiently, some things just take time!
Good things take time as they say!

🌊Sirensong!🌊
We have been very busy finalizing everything for both the Starlight Arcana and Soulfrost Reliquary projects since we made the promise that we will focus all our efforts on first finishing those projects before we launch anything else.
That being said, we are of course also working on other things at the same time, most importantly our next project; Sirensong!
Today, we shared with our Discord community the very first teaser for the project.
We also revealed that the new Tarot Deck cards will introduce new effects and gameplay elements for the Fate Weaver subclass!

❗Future Project Decisions❗
We have made a few key decisions for our future crowdfunding projects that we would like to share with you.
DIGITAL OFFERINGS:
We decided that starting with our next project, we will offer all of the artworks and other files as digital files as "rewards" in our crowdfunding projects.
There will be a Digital All-in pledge and a Physical All-in pledge.
The items within both of those pledges will of course be available as add-ons as well but the pledges always come with a nice discount.

CHEAPER OFFERINGS:
Our crowdfunding offerings will be even cheaper.
We really care about people being able to afford the stuff we create. Although we already have very reasonable pricing for both digital and physical items, the shipping situation is only getting more expensive and if we really want to continue making physical stuff that everyone can enjoy, then we have to do something about it. For that reason, despite other companies and creators going with more expensive and higher profit margins for their crowdfunding offerings, we have decided to go even lower than what we had before. It is not a huge change (think of 5 to 10 EUR change) but we hope that this will help people decide to back our campaigns and enjoy the content we put so much love (blood, sweat and tears), time and energy into creating.

FUTURE REPRINT:
We will definitely reprint some of our previous books at some point. When we do, we have decided to offer previous backers of those campaigns a free add-on and of course free access to the digital files of the update versions of the reprinted books. This means that if you backed Starlight Arcana the first time, you will get the updated one when we reprint it. There will, however, be new things that you might want to get that were not available during the first campaign. This is something that will happen in 2026 or so, but we have made this decision early on because one of our projects in 2025 leans heavily into content that was previously released.

MORE REVEALS AND PRE-LAUNCH SHOWCASES:
For Sirensong and all future projects we will want to bring to you as a crowdfunding campaign, we will be showcasing A LOT MORE of the content than we did before and way before the project even goes live.
We realized that pre-launch marketing is something we did not do right before, so we really want to share all of the awesome things we've made with you, from new subclasses, ancestries and spells to new adventure content and setting information.
I have also created a new text channel on our Discord server where people can check to see what new things we are preparing in regards to future crowdfunding projects. We do know that the discord server may not be super active, but it is nonetheless a huge source of inspiration and feedback for our little team. With that in mind, we figured we should have a dedicated channel where we can spoil future content and also gather opinions, feedback and impressions on what we are preparing. Head over to our discord server and lurk around to see what's coming up.

Hey there Soulseekers!
Just wanted to leave a quick update here to let you all know that we have officially delivered all of the print files to our printing partner!
It might take a little while before we get the pre-production copy since we also need to confirm a couple of changes that our printing partner will suggest based on the files we delivered, but we are basically on our way to production and we couldn't be happier.
This project, even with the slight delays here and there, turned out to be a looooooot faster than our previous one and we are constantly learning how to get things done faster and better.
We are hoping that our next project, Sirensong, will be even smoother and faster so that all backers of that project can enjoy the goods even sooner!

Project Manager is CLOSING🔒
If you haven't finalized your pledge yet, then make sure you do so soon because we will be closing the pledge manager on the 15th of June. Any outstanding pledges after that will not be eligible to a refund (even partial as it is now) and we will also not be accepting any new orders.
We learned (the hard way) from our Starlight Arcana project that running the Pledge Manager with a more strict time period is very important if we are to keep up with the deadlines and the timeline we've set for the project's completion.

The Pledge Manager is ready to open and we just sent out the first surveys to 10% of all backers!
This is part of the SMOKE TEST that BackerKit requires us to make in order to ensure there are no issues that might have gone unnoticed while preparing the Pledge Manager on the backend.
Soon enough (I would say in 2 to 3 days from now) you will all be getting an e-mail to complete your pledge!
The Pledge Manager will remain open until the end of May when we will close pledges and start charging cards.

1st version of PDF is ready!!!🎉🎉🎉
The PDF is 99% finished! Please check the Backers-ONLY post that will go out after this one to access it!
Version 0.8 of the PDF is ready and we would like to share it with all of you so that you can check it and start giving us feedback on it too. Throughout the next month, we will be catching details and implementing feedback so that we can finalize it and prepare the print files to go directly into mass production as soon as we possibly can.
Reminder that in order to access the Kickstarter post with the PDF, you need to be on at least the Digital PDF pledge tier.
Later and final versions of the PDF will be available only through the digital rewards section of BackerKit.
We will not be posting any updated versions of the PDF here on Kickstarter after the 1st post. We are only posting it here so that you can all access it a bit earlier, since it will take a while before you can access your digital rewards on BackerKit.
